S'Esgleieta

Its name derives from the ancient diminutive of "esgleya" which means "church" and its history is linked to the Franciscan nuns of Santa Clara. A congregation that came to the municipality of Esporles and built a new convent together with a small church, known as S'Esgleieta. A monastery surrounded by olive groves and that inside preserves a table attributed to the Gothic-style painter, Joan Daurer.
