On the other side of the Torrent de Sant Pere, right on the curve of Es Badaluc, there used to be some public washing places, which unfortunately have disappeared today. They received water through a ditch, the remains of which can still be followed up the road, attached to the wall. When they were removed, only a hailstone remained, where the older ones used to sit and talk and watch the cars go by. This space, now dehumanized, was one of the most active in the town... And all thanks to the water.
